Absolutely useless app , does not work

Tsk tsk Samsung, this app is crap!

Finally, remote functionality restored for most models. Now make this the primary focus and ditch the new "AirPlay" crap.

Why bother create an apo that doesnt support all their smart tv models????

Just purchased a new Samsung 40" smart tv. Model number says its supported. The app detects the TV, but says my TV is not supported for the app. Even though there is a link on my TV !! Figure this out Samsung. My first Samsung purchase and I am not impressed

Do not try use "trackpad" and any other browser feature! PS. wifi connection drops every few minutes.. dont know why.. Save your health and beware this app

Says it will work on our new TV but doesnt. Detects TV and says, "not supported".

Total crap after update doesnt even find tv, and yes its a 2015! Someone needs to be throat punched

A long time ago I downloaded this app for my Samsung tv and it worked back then. It no-longer works. It recognizes the network. Yup samsuck. You pay for what you get.....

The previous version was bad. It dropped connections and had to be restarted frequently. It was semi functional though. Rather than fix bugs and make a functioning remote, Samsung completely rebuilt and its even worse. I wish I had bought a different television now.

The new version touch-screen is so sensitive it makes it almost impossible to scroll up and down. The older version was better. Also have to restart the app to reconnect after initial connection. It will say connected but the controls dont work.

Not worth even trying. Buy one for 2 bucks. Samsung cant even take the time to write a decent app for iOS. Could this have something to do with the Galaxy?

This app is completely useless if it doesnt enable entering text into SmartHub app registration and search fields (e.g. YouTube). Why is it so difficult to implement this?

Finally after it connected to the TV it will not load the videos. It takes too long and the app is not consistent. Very disappointing.

I have an iPhone and I think that could be a major factor as to why the app does not work. It happened to "work" once where I had to enter a pin but when I entered the pin from my phone, it didnt go through and gave an error message. The only thing that worked was the easy uninstall of the app.
