My app has never worked for me. Every time I enter the pin it always says failed. Like wtf

The music, pictures and video works fine, but there is no icon on the top left corner as shown in the App Store images to bring up the tv remote, I downloaded the app mainly for the tv remote function and its not working on my phone or iPad app. Whats going on Samsung??

I just got the Samsung j5200 48" tv, a 2015 model and is not supported. How is that possible?, how smart is the tv or the company that will make an app that wont work with all their smart tv models. I understand if its a older model tv. But a model from last year, thats crazy. What a waste of time and hope that I could use my iPhone with the tv.

This app is getting worse w/ each update up to the moment it doesn’t works at all! It shows that it is connected to the Network and that it selected to a TV to connect but in another message it says No TV Found …. Neither I can play music or see pictures from my iPhone 5s ….. Therefore I’m looking for another app, which can do all that. Do you know of any? BTW, I’m using Samsung Smart TV ue48h6470ss

This app no longer has the remote control functionality for my Samsung Smart TV. Whats the point of the app? Pretty frustrating user experience.

Why does Samsung have such a great smart TV, but cant create a decent app? Its been in beta for months! I will be looking at the competitors when I upgrade my bedroom to a 4K TV.

I downloaded this app hoping to play my iTunes playlist over my SmartTV. And it works...occasionally...as in one out of five songs will play in their entirety (sometimes). Mostly I get a "file format not supported" or "connection lost" notification and the TV goes black. Additionally, theres no way that Ive found to shuffle songs or a playlist. Also, better organization is needed. For example, there is no alphabet scroll on a playlist. Instead you have to scroll through the whole playlist to find a song. Come on Samsung, you can do better than this.

The app wants access to Photos, but on the iPad/iPhone videos are completely separate so they are not accessed by the App.

Good but some reason there no more streaming from tv to Devices what the hell happen

My TV does not even show up on the list. Both are on same network... This app is a piece of crap... GET IT FIXED!!!!

I wanted to play my music over the tv while I was cleaning my house but when I locked my phone, it lost connection. Also, theres no way to shuffle or play songs consecutively. You have to pick the next song after one ends. And you cant do other things on your phone while its connected to the tv or the connection will be lost. Basically, this app is a waste of time.

This app worked ok until April, 21st then all of a sudden it wont stream videos. Pictures stream fine. What happened? Please fix this ASAP!

The iPad version has a lot of the same features going for it that the iPhone does, but when I tap on the Remote feature it doesnt take up the entire screen how I like it. On iPhone the Remote isnt some weird elongated bar. It feels like all the features from the inbox physical Remote are there on the app when it is full view. Something else itches my back; I want to be able to put videos and pictures from my Dropbox, Google Photos, etc... on my TV just how I do it with the Pics and Videos stored on my device. Why give a TV internet if it isnt going to be smart about it right? Thanks for making a better app than what I ever expected and a solid tv. Your SUHD technology is crazy good. I appreciate that when Im playing games and watching movies.

I love using this app, but the problem with not being able to find my tv when they are both connected to the save wifi is upsetting... Id like to continue to use this app so please fix it

As others have said, the potential is there, but there are still too many hiccups. Each time you open the app, you have to manually select your tv to connect to, instead of retaining this info, and sometimes it cant locate your tv even when its online. There is no way to name or save music playlists, and as another reviewer wrote, songs dont play consecutively. If you can make it through an entire song without everything stopping, you then have to tap the next song in your list. I hope they can fix this. I would pay $0.99 for an app that works.

App connects with my TV but I cant present any images because the app doesnt access iCloud Photo Library which is in Apple photos app.
